A Brilliant Proposal: Lily & Kevin

Few things are as romantic as watching the sun set over New York City. The only thing that could possibly add to the magic of the sparkling skyline is a groom-to-be popping the question!

Kevin flew Lily* to New York all the way from their home in Beijing under the guise that the NY branch of his company was having a gala charity event. Directly before the gala, Kevin planned to take Lily for a drink and to enjoy the view at Ramscale Studio, an intimate townhouse in Manhattan with stunning views of the city skyline.

When the bride-to-be arrived at Ramscale, she was greeted by a member of our staff disguised as check-in staff for the "bar"! When the couple entered the townhouse space, they were met by the glow of the sunset and the smooth sounds of On The Move's jazz trio playing "All of Me" by John Legend to set the mood.

Kevin took Lily's hand and led her to a stunning floral arch, created by Belle Fleur, framing the skyline in the background. The archway was dotted with images of past vacations and his favorite memories from their relationship - an amazingly thoughtful touch!

Once under the archway, Kevin dropped down to his knee and proposed with a stunning, custom-designed, Cindy Chao diamond ring. At Lily's resounding "Yes!" the couple's entire immediate family on both sides emerged from a side room with congratulatory cheers to the immense surprise of the bride-to-be!
